I`d give 6 stars if I could! The best and most customer oriented service I`ve ever gotten with a rental car company. From start to finish discount car rental was easy to use and trustworthy and the price was extremely fair! We were met at the airport lobby and the car was delivered right there and ready to go. The drop off was just as easy and efficient at the departure doors of the airport. They were extremely responsive and excellent communicators. A hurricane rolled thru while we were there and our travel plans were forced to change due to airport closures. Discount rental car company was absolutely amazing in supporting us. I will never use any other company after this 5-star experience!

Excellent car

Car delivered at the airport and by leaving sxm we could also drive ourselves to the airport and hand it over to a Discount carrental employee. We rented a Sante Fe, not the newest car but for the Island It was perfect. Discount was the cheapest I could find and very friendly people. Really topservice!!

I loved using this car rental. So easy because of the pick up and drop off at the airport. No problems with the car, very nice people. I will make one recommendation only, please do not associate your business with Caribbean French touch. They do not treat their air bnb visitors with kindness and it can tarnish your name by being associated with them. Tourists need to feel safe to recommend to others and French touch was hostile and horrible. Try to advertise yourselves in other ways perhaps on Instagram or sxm website. Of note, I found you on google, pay google to promote yourselves it is not too much monetary burden. Please take this serious. Thank you.

Easy rental process

We rented the car from Discount located in Nettlé Bay Area. The process was so smooth due to Isabelle going above and beyond to make sure we received a car on a very short notice. There wasn`t any language barrier as the staff understand English very well and speaks just as well. I suggest everyone gives this place a try as they are very welcoming and friendly, above all else the prices are cheap. They include all the coverages so you don`t have to be anxious about anything. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and you can contact them freely. Thank you Discount, well done on hiring some of the friendliest staff on the island!
